🗓️ Ordering & Lead Times

How much notice do you need?
Most orders require around 7–14 days’ notice, depending on the size and level of detail.

For larger or corporate orders (100+ cookies), more time may be needed - the earlier we can plan, the better.

If you need something sooner, do get in touch and I’ll always try to help where I can.

✏️ Personalisation & Design

Can I personalise my cookies?
Absolutely, that’s what I love most! Names, messages, colours, logos… all designed to suit your occasion.

Do I need to provide artwork for logo cookies?
Yes please. For the best results, I’ll need a high-quality JPEG or PNG of your logo or design.

Do I need to read the product description before ordering?
Yes — each product listing includes important details about what’s included, design style and personalisation options.

Taking a moment to read this ensures your cookies are exactly as you’re expecting, and helps everything run smoothly when I come to create your order.

As all cookies are made to order, designs are created based on the details provided at the time of ordering.

If anything isn’t clear, you’re always very welcome to get in touch before placing your order.

🍋 Ingredients & Shelf Life

What are your cookies made from?
All cookies are handmade using our signature vanilla biscuit base and decorated with lemon-flavoured royal icing.

How long do they last?
Your cookies will stay fresh for up to 6 weeks when kept in their packaging in a cool, dry place.

Currently we only do one recipe and don't have "free from" options.

📦 Delivery & Dispatch

How are my cookies sent?
Orders are usually dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked services. You’ll receive a notification when your order has been sent.

What’s the difference between dispatch and delivery?
Dispatch is the day your order leaves Cookie HQ.

Delivery is handled by Royal Mail and typically takes 1–2 days, but can occasionally take longer.

Can you send directly to recipients?
Yes, I can send cookies directly to individual addresses, complete with a personalised message. Just make sure you add their details at the time you place the order.

🚚 A note on delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of Royal Mail.

While most parcels arrive promptly, occasional delays can happen.

Royal Mail asks that 10 working days pass before a parcel is considered lost and can be investigated. See Royal Mail website for more information

From one-off orders to regular gifting, everything is designed to feel personal and easy to manage.

For larger orders, it’s best to get in touch early so we can plan everything smoothly.
